Greg Thurston, Realtor Associate with Signature Real Estate Group, has been securing great real estate deals throughout Clark County for hundreds of clients for over two decades.

Throughout his realty career, he and his wife Jan, also a Realtor as well as Broker, have built a sterling reputation for outstanding real estate service as The Thurston Team.

Greg grew up in the San Francisco Bay area (Fremont) and moved to Las Vegas in 1988. For 9 years, he worked in the casinos as a floor supervisor. It was a job that required exquisite communication skills, and he honed his innate gift for working with people and knowing how to make them feel at ease. It also required attention to detail, a trait that has never left him and that he uses often in crafting real estate deals. He also has a college certificate in hotel- restaurant casino management.
With an enthusiasm for the people of Clark County and a knowledge of the housing market in Henderson as well as Las Vegas and Boulder City, Greg became a Realtor in 1998. He also became a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a Professional Home Stager as well as a Green-Certified energy-saving expert.

Whenever he has time off, Greg loves fly fishing, hiking, and fine food. His favorite place to vacation is Lake Tahoe. Most of all, he loves spending time with Jan, their two children, Gizmo, their Chihuahua, and Lani their Golden Retriever.
